Nollei products are prepared after payment rather than held as finished warehouse stock. Standard US shipping is $8.95, US orders of $100 or more receive complimentary shipping, and production plus delivery typically takes 5–12 business days depending on the selected format and destination.
US and Canada
Checkout currently collects shipping addresses for the United States and Canada. The available delivery information and final amount are shown in Stripe Checkout before payment.
Tracking
Tracking becomes available after production is complete and the fulfillment partner creates the shipping label. Use the email supplied at checkout for order and carrier updates.
Damage or defects
If an item arrives damaged, defective or different from the ordered product or variant, contact [email protected] with the order reference and clear photographs. Made-to-order items are not held as interchangeable finished inventory.
